Harriet Newman Leve is a four-time Tony Award–winning Broadway producer. ==Career== Leve is currently a producer of the long-running New York and touring productions of ''Stomp'', and the critically acclaimed large format motion picture ''Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey''. Leve is a co-producer of the Broadway production of the musical ''An American in Paris'', currently playing at The Palace Theatre. The production officially opened on April 12, 2015. Leve is also co-producing the world premiere musical ''Beautiful: The Carole King Musical'', which ran at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco from September 24, 2013 to October 20, 2013 before it began previews on Broadway on November 21, 2013. It opened at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on January 12, 2014 and is currently playing an open-ended run. Current producing credits with the ''Raise the Roof'' partnerships include the broadway premiere of ''Hedwig and the Angry Inch'' and ''Of Mice and Men''. ''Hedwig'' started previews at the Belasco Theatre on March 29, 2014 and opened on April 22, 2014. ''Of Mice and Men'', based on the classic novel by John Steinbeck, started previews at the Longacre Theatre on March 19, 2014 and opened April 16, 2014 for a limited engagement. ''Hedwig'' is the winner of the 2014 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical. Leve also produced the new one-woman show celebrating the life and accomplishments of former Texas governor Ann Richards. The play, entitled ''Ann,'' is written and performed by Emmy Award-winning actress Holland Taylor. ''Ann'' opened on Broadway at Lincoln Center on March 7, 2013 and closed on June 30, 2013. With ''Raise the Roof'', Leve co-produced ''Nice Work If You Can Get It'', a new musical featuring some of George and Ira Gershwin's most beloved songs. The show, which opened on Broadway in April 2012 and closed in June 2013, starred Matthew Broderick and Kelli O'Hara, whose role was later played by Jessie Mueller. Previously with Raise the Roof, Leve has co-produced several Broadway shows including ''The Mountaintop'' starring Samuel L. Jackson as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., ''Superior Donuts'' by Tracy Letts, Stephen Sondheim’s ''A Little Night Music'' starring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury, the ''La Cage Aux Folles'' Tony Award winning production starring Kelsey Grammer and its subsequent national tour, and ''Burn the Floor'' (Broadway and national tour). Leve is also co-producing the ''War Horse'' National Tour that kicked off at the Ahmanson Theater in Los Angeles in June 2012.
